Based on  customer feedback, NEC has agreed to extend the sales of CPUs for the  SV9100 and SV9500 to provide additional time for customer upgrades.


CPU upgrades  are now available for purchase through December 31st, 2025.  For those  wanting to make the upgrade, this buys you an additional year of time.


As with NEC's  previous announcement of price increases, there will be a 15% price  increase on these CPU upgrades which goes into effect on January 1st,  2025.  So, make your CPU upgrade purchase before the end of the calendar  2024 year to avoid this increase.


Please  note: as previously announced, all NEC hardware (new SV9000 systems,  voice mails, terminals, circuit packs, etc.) will no longer be available  for purchase after 12/31/24.  The time extension announcement is just  for CPU upgrades only.

  • SV9100 CP10 to CP20 upgrade for an additional year (until 12/31/25).

  • SV9500 CP03 upgrade for an additional year (until 12/31/25).
